At Emmo E-Bikes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return & exchange policy for our products.

Time frame for return or exchange: Customers may return/exchange their purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for return or exchange: Products must be returned in their original condition - unused, in its original packaging and including all components, packaging, and accessories. Products must not be damaged or show signs of wear and tear. Ebikes missing keys, chargers, or batteries will be refused at your expense.
- Exchange: For all exchange requests, please note that the shipping of the new unit will not be arranged until the returned unit is received and inspected. This is to ensure that the returned unit meets our quality standards and eligibility criteria. Once your returned item has been assessed and approved, we will promptly process the shipment of the replacement unit to you.
- Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee of the MSRP (excluding taxes, shipping, and PDI), plus any applicable surcharge and sales tax will be deducted from the refund amount unless a different arrangement is agreed upon in writing by Emmo Inc. The refund will be processed once the product is returned in new and unused condition. If financing was used to pay for the order, any cancellation fees or penalties imposed by the third-party financer will be the responsibility of the customer unless Emmo Inc has agreed in writing to cover these fees. The financing loan will only be cancelled after the returned product is received and approved by Emmo Inc.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus the restocking fee, and any shipping and handling fees.

Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Emmo E-Bikes.

Exceptions: Custom-built e-bikes, final-sale items and clearance items are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at order@emmo.ca. Once your return request has been approved, you may proceed with arranging the shipping of the item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and providing us with a tracking number for the shipment. Returns that are sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Emmo will not accept any returns or exchanges out of the original packaging, without prior notice of the return or exchange, or outside of the 7 days limit and may reject any products at your expense. Emmo is not responsible for any additional damage that may occur during return shipping.
